[MRCA] M&S net Saturday

I enjoy checking into this net especially from my off grid camp from "The
County". Seems like an appropriate place to check into a net while on
patrol. I know i do not participate in MRCA events and my radio is not
really green except for the side handles and battery compartment.

The noise floor is so low I hear everybody with the exception of two
stations ( I have who in my notes) Someday when I'm done building the camp
I'll install a more permanent station.
