[MRCA] PRC Radio and Signalink/Winlink

[MilComm Guy]

I am working on setting up my PRC-515 to work with Winlink using a
Signalink box.  I found these cable instructions,

experience setting this up, either comments on this cable construction or
settings/levels on the computer and Signalink box.
