Tim, more capacity in a supply filtering scenario is always fine (I know someone will correct me). If they require 20uF, putting 25 or even 47uF or more would be fine. Mostly this will be limited by the physical space available to you to place the cap. Capacitance is more critical in impedance matching circuits or timing/oscillator circuits or other kinds of tuned circuits.

Hi Tim,
Electrolytics generally have wide tolerance, so, like horse shoes and
handgrenades, just come close. The modern value sequence goes something
like: 10 - 15 - 22 -33 - 47 - 68 etc.
