[MRCA] PRT-4 PRR-9 Radio Battery rebuild.

Ordered a battery "set" from ebay to rebuild, to my surprise the 6v
receiver battery was alive and strong so on to the Tx battery.  I went all
out and used the heavy duty battery snaps, the 9v is a perfect fit using
the original stuffing in the battery case.  If any one has an extra PRT-4-A
please let me know, I have a good working receiver just need the Tx unit.
I especially like the manufacture of the 15v battery !
