[MRCA] PRC-74 Active Duty 1995

CAP does not use that type of radio set.  We do have HF and VHF, all of 
"necessity" NTIA Red Book compliant, unfortunately.  If this was a CAP 
activity, uniforms would be regulation with the appropriate wing patch 
clearly present on the shoulder.  So, after 50+ years in that program, 
don't think it was CAP.  Foreign cadet program?  Could be....  I'd opt 
for some sort of re-enactment.
