[MRCA] Decals to replace inked on stamps - Re: PRC-74 Data Plate Replacement

Just asking the groups  -

On the subject of remakes of ID plates anyone have prior 
knowledge/experience, having  decals made,  for those acceptance 
stamps.  These could be rub-on or water based like model decals.
