Maybe Army Ranger if that beret is actually black? can't quite tell..
Woodland BDU's and he has a length of what appears to be 9/16" rappelling
line tied to his belt (swiss seat). Right boot heel does not appear to be
a Panama tread, maybe Corcoran's or steel-toe.
I dunno, I'm a sailor!
Interesting photo nonetheless. Not many photo's of PRC-74's being
used...hope he has some spare final transistors!
