[MRCA] PRC-74B M&S Net

Thank you Pete for relaying to Jeff, copy was poor as of course I was
trying a new to me radio.  Had a difficult time getting much response below
6Mhz from the radio on first try.  I messed around with the dials for a
while and it finally came alive on 5Mhz, perhaps some dirty contacts on the
lower band.  I have 1:1 swr with 23W of power according to the meter.
Power out seems the same across all the bands.  Thank you also to those
giving signal reports to Pete, much appreciated, also copied K1QAR and KW1I
although faint.  Hope to give it another try Saturday.
