[MRCA] Field Day This Weekend

Hi Breck - Yes - The West Coast MRCG DET ALPHA (FWD) will be up this
Thursday evening through Sunday this Field Day weekend, 21-24 June.  Mil
Ops will primarily be on Thursday and Friday to dodge Field Day QRM but we
will also work some non-Mil guys on the weekend.  KB6IDO & N6CC Ops..plus
training 4 new Tech's on Mil HF fun..
We will be at a remote campsite in the Sierra's about 40 miles north of
Yosemite NP and will be running a PRC-47/GRC-9 voice plus a TRC-77 and
GRC-109 on 3550 and  7050 CW.  We will try to hit the new Midwest MRCG on
7296 USB Saturday morning and the usual MRCG AM net on Saturday night.
Otherwise MRCG recon sked protocol is listening for calls at the top of
odd-numbered hours (Zulu), 3550/3985 nights, 7050/3985 days..

We will also be running 51.0 FM for local foot patrol ops.  VRC-7, PRC-25,
PRC-6 etc.  The WX and Chow will be great!
