[MRCA] 29.4 ID

Well, maybe not... The only 29 Mhz beacons are in Manila or Tokyo and not 29.4.....????K3HVG

We are hearing the end of a ID on 29.4.  The last 3 letters are RAE. 
Anyone have a clue as to what it is or the location.
