[MRCA] Whatzit?

Well, that series of crystal was typically for VHF, like the ARC-3 and 
ARC-1, etc.  Looks to be perhaps receiver crystals as no multiplication 
factor gives a whole kHz in that band?  MAB?  MAW?  Outside my knowledge 
base...
