Try some directed heat.  On several occasions, heat did the trick for me.  That, and if your tool will take it, use a little hammer and hit the wrench a strike or two.  I use xelite bits, so that option is open to me.  It does work... Finally, yes, a small puller will help, to be sure....Jeep K3HVG

Subject: tcs dual dynamotor lubing 

folksi am trying to lube the bearings of the transmitter dynamotor. the one end went fine. however i am trying to remove the fan at the other end.  2 allen set screws tighten against the shaft i was able to loosen one however the second one i could not loosen so it looks like i will need to drill it out. do i need a little gear puller to remove the fan?  once that gets pulled off inassume i can remove the 2 screws that hold the cover plate exposing the bearing?
any advice would be appreciatedthanks jeff kg2bz
