[MRCA] Gilbert helmet radio test set available

Wow that thing is neat.   Looks like another project to start using the 
basic chassis of of both units. When I did my mounting plate I had my 
bicycle in mind and originally did not intend to use the plate mounted 
radio for anything else. But I can easily remove it from the bicycle and 
use it as a hand held.
