Data and RTTY are allowed on 60 meters, but must be attended by an operator.
If it's there 24/7 , you might have a beef, as that would be automatic operation.
Failing that, you could always QSY to another "channel".

Every night for hours there us a guy banging away on 5.357 wont answer a voice call to allow for a quick voice message to be sent. Ugh....people!
