I have a bad quality 1945 photo from the Philippines, of 2 TCM-2 (or it could be -1) in a communication installation (looks like a Quonset hut) with an RBG receiver and an LM-* frequency meter showing. Next to the TCM’s there is a BC-610. On top of the BC-610 there is a big, open, what looks like an antenna tuner – not a BC-939, could be a makeshift one. Another receiver is also in the photo, but only the side of the cabinet showing, looks like the size of the RBG.
I think this mail reflector doesn’t allow attachments, so I’ll be happy to email the photo to anyone requesting it.

Subject: [MRCA] TCM Transmitter - Marine Corps' BC-610?

Was wondering if anyone knows what applications the Navy TCM transmitters were used for.  I suspect at least some of them may have been used for transportable field/ground use, perhaps with the RBM receiver, similar to the Army Signal Corps SCR-299/399 BC-610 and BC-312s or the earlier SCR 287 with the BC-191 and BC-312.  My suspicion is based on there being a remote generator start switch on the TCM's separate AC power supply, which is as big as the transmitter itself. Were the TCMs also used in shipboard applications?
