It appears to be missing the shock mounts and shoes, like a number of others I've seen in my travels.  You haven't seen the one on my website all these years?  The web page has been up forever - http://aafradio.org/flightdeck/TA-12B.html - but Alan's W1VTP photos nicely show the interiors.

BTW, I'm not sure why you might call the Milsurplus subscribers clowns, but I don't know anyone over there that cares about "competing" websites.  It's a free country - information is where you find it.
