[MRCA] PRC-47 Blower

Yes - it's the CV-2455 RATT converter for the PRC-47. Takes 20/60 ma TTY
loop current and converts it to mark/space tones to drive the PRC-47 with
AFSK RATT signals. and vice-versa. They are pretty loud but when running
mine at 100 watts continuous (I type slowly!), the exhaust air is barely
above ambient. Cools the heck out of the radio..
I'll have mine going on the Clatternet 3587 kc at 0130Z Monday (Sunday
evening in the US). It works quite well with the '47.
