Dennis is of course, full of it. The deal was for all three. I reviewed the deal with him in detail on Thursday when I gave the deposit to make sure we all understood each other. Friday morning, I gave him the money, I tested all three radios right in front of him. I bought three radios and took possession of all three radios right in front of him, shook hands and walked away. In fact, I even took the entire cardboard box that all 3 were living in. It’s not like I put the radios in my own bag and left him with the box where he could think one was still in there.  Wouldn’t you think he would have asked, “wait, where is the third radio” as I walked away with the entire box?!

If he had an issue with the deal, he had plenty of opportunity to tell me in person on all day Friday and all day Saturday while we were all still there. We were on several nets together during that time and I was a short walk from his booth to my booth. He never said peep about this until Tuesday afternoon when we were all already home. You really think it took him 4 days to realize he was missing a $3,000 radio? Please. A clear case of seller’s remorse. You make a deal, you live with the deal. Sorry, this was a clean deal with multiple people (including Dennis) witnessing every aspect of the transaction the whole time. Look, I’ve sold things for a price and realized maybe I could have done better. Its life, I don’t start bad mouthing the buyer. “Less than honorable”, right.
