[MRCA] Armed Forces Day Commo Test a Week Early

Tnx Breck, for the alert. We will have NWVC (USS LST325) on 4007, 6913, 13974
with USB & CW. (also a 12M channel that will be useless). We'll use two
stations. GE TCK for CW and modern gear for USB. (this ship's period did not
have SSB). An NWVC pix QSL is available for those sending theirs.
