[MRCA] BC-223 Help

Brian,

I've never seen a BC-223 except in the manuals, and it is probably 20+ 
years since I last fiddled with either a BC-223-A or BC-223-AX.  I do have an 
extra TU-17-A, but it should be simple to use the schematic and wiring 
diagrams and identify anything wrong with your TU-18-A.

When you say that the antenna relay works, do you just mean that it clicks 
when you key the rig or have you rung out the connections from the antenna 
post back to confirm that it works?
