Ray,
The procedure to follow is on the page www.hamvention.org/flea-market/ under “Flea Market Webpage Welcome”. There is a five step process to follow.
I received an email as a prior fleamarket vendor over a month ago with this five step process laid out and I sent my email with “Reservation” in the subject line as directed the next day. Having heard nothing, after about three weeks (two weeks ago) I called the phone number on that webpage and spoke with Dave. He found my email and we worked out the spaces assignment on the phone. He entered them into his system. The next day I logged into the flea-market online order system with the user name password that I have been using for years. The spaces I selected were there and I made up my order and paid by credit card. A day or so later I noted on the online PDF floor plan that my name was in the assigned spaces.

you and me both, been at Dayton for well over ten years selling every year and that don't get me nowhere with those people. But have seen Dennis and Joe got there spaces.
I have a couple spaces reserved up at the Aberdeen MVPA show for MRCA, going to drag out the Mutt and the like with a display of military radios and how they can be used in the Ham world. Any chance of getting some help from the Amish chapter?

This is mainly directed to Dale or Dean. The Amish chapter has been in the flea market at a club space for the past 3 years. I see you already have your space. I have emailed them numerous times. I have called and left messages without any being returned. My calls today found the mail box is full. How did you get a hold of someone? Any time best to call? Any help is appreciated.
