[MRCA] K4CHE PRC-77 noise squelch

Hi Breck,
Thank you for posting the noise squelch modification on your website. My
prc77 has the A54a module, I followed your directions, and it worked very
well. Now I can hear the non-150Hz radios w/o listening to white noise all
day. Looking forward to Dayton(Xenia) to try it out.
