FWIW, that's not the mount for the AM-65 and RT-70.  The mount for those as the AN/VRC-7 is the MT-300/GR, which includes a junction box with three cables and connectors that go to the AM-65/GRC, one cable port for the DC power cable, and another cable port for the C-375/VRC control box.   Pretty important stuff, none of which the MT-791 has.
