[MRCA] TV-7 knob query

Does anyone know where I might find knobs for the BIAS and SHUNT 
adjustments for a TV-7.  I'm trying to rebuild a hamfest special 
"straight" TV-7 model.  That's the one with the Hickok calibrated knob 
rather that panel markings, as found on the A thru D models.  I've got 
chicken heads for the rest, so no problem there...
