[MRCA] PE-77D info and FS

[WA5CAB at cs.com]

PE-77 outputs 130 VDC @ 250 W.  Used with EE-97, EE-98 and EE-102.  
Supplied power for the TG-7-(*) motor, relays and could supply loop current.
