The AN/TRC-10 is a late-WWII small (14-lbm) modern 20 watt CW-only 2 to 12 MHz receiver-transmitter. The RT-46/TRC-10 receiver is tunable, the transmitter is crystal controlled, hence your CY-277/TRC-10 crystal set with CR-5B/U crystals.

The manual is here:

  http://radionerds.com/images/b/b1/TM_11-636_AN.TRC-10.pdf

The manual includes a list of the frequencies of supplied crystals.

RECEIVER
RF 6SK7
MIXER 6SA7
IF 6SK7
BFO Half 6SL7
DET Half 6SL7
AF 6J5

TRANSMITTER
MO 6V6
PA 2E22

It can be powered from:
G-4/TRC-10 Hand-crank Generator
PP-74/TRC-10 115 to 230 vac Rectifier
PP-84/TRC-10 6 vdc Vibrator.

It uses 6-volt indirectly-heated cathode tubes, just like the earlier AN/PRC-5 ac-powered 10 watt 4-16MHz "suitcase" set.

It is a very rare set. At auction any component could bring a good price.
