[MRCA] 60 Meter portable operation questions

On my end fed half wave. I use a homebrew L network tuner. I made a 10 foot
counterpoise. Thru experimentation I've found the tuner is extremely touchy
with out the counterpoise. I put a clip lead on mine and will clip it to my
car usually.

My personal operating habits are when I'm portable I like quick, dirty, and
fast. most times I get the wire up high enough not to choke myself if I
walk into it!
