[MRCA] 60 Meter portable operation questions

Hi Mike,

For the kind of propagation we're using, mostly NVIS, even 12-15 feet at 
the center will get the job done.  I personally keep coming back to the 
end-fed half-wave in a similar configuration.  One support, no feedline, 
throw out a bit of a counterpoise.  Works well if your antenna tuner 
accommodates it.

I've successfully served as NCS with such a skywire with 20-watts out of 
the PRC-104.
