[MRCA] Repeat of MRCA Agent Code Practice

Well, I tried to hear the 0240Z transmission using an interesting rare 1970-era agent radio, the AVCO TAR-224A.

I copied some other ham Morse below 3570 kHz, and it seemed like there was some PSK-31 work going on nearby...but I could get no identifiable copy here in Alabama.

But...my antenna was 15 feet of hookup wire inside a house that has constant S9 noise levels on 80m.  I'll try something different next time.

It's been years since I broke out the TAR-224A.
