[MRCA] using motorola mobile and base microphones for m29/h33 u77 inputs

folks. somewhere i saw this used at an mrca meet.  i know the older mot mitreks and before used a carbon mic equivalent with the built in amp.  can anyone explain this and if there was a mod needed in the mil radio or mot mic?  any wiring diagrams available?  thanks. jeff
