[MRCA] MRCA Agent Code Practice

I pretty much got the whole message minus a handful of words. The snag on
my end is my code is terrible and I rely on flex fldigi. the signal drifted
up as it went along which caused me to have to baby sit fldigi because the
signal would drift up out of its passband. Other than that I need to learn
code!
