Out Station was QRV at 0240Z, 3570 kc from inside deep cover on the Left
Coast.  GRC-109 / R-390A.  No Joy.

Jamming (Traffic net) briefly on frequency was effective although VOACAP
predicted only 20% likelihood of sufficient SNR on path here assuming Base
Station was running 100W.
