[MRCA] pp4763 power supply ac breaker trip solved

folks
tried the 4763 on a 20a 120v after i changed the links breaker held flipped on the switch and got 28 volts

so then I changed the two pole circuit breaker in the panel with a new 20 amp two pole , changed the links in the 4763 closed in the breaker and it held and got 28 volts

the only thing i can think of is the combination of inrush from the rfi filter and a weak breaker was the problem
