[MRCA] Need Information on photocell in TG-34 Morse dode traier.

I need information on the photocell VT-252 used in the TG 34a morse code 
training keyer.

I cant find any info anywhere on it. Is there anyone who has used or 
worked on this keyer,

mine is in great mechanical shape but I cant get an audio signal out of it..

I would appreciate some help.
