[MRCA] AB-15 MS antenna sections

Hey
I heard you on the M&S net saturday in my shelter. I too was using the
15' whip mounted on the outside of the shelter. I've used the copper
never seize on the antenna sections because I have several sections that
are corroded together from galvanic corrosion. Short of mangling them, I
try to use them as is.
