[MRCA] 15 Years of the Gilbert Meet

Ok, so Gilbert will be here in around five or six weeks.  Years ago I use to camp out at the fairgrounds, brought my kids along and all that sort of stuff but now they are all grown and gone and if anything now looking at when I will be dragging out the grandson. In the last several years been getting fat and lazy and staying at the Hampton Inn but think the plan for this year is to go back and camp at the site.  In the old days I used little pup tents and the like but thinking this time I may have more resources available and am planning on something larger.
With bringing the mutt to the show that involves the truck, trailer and all that sort of hardware coming along so transport will not be an issue. I will be bringing the self-propelled GRC-106 again but have to say sadly that I have not decided to install the full VSC-2 teletype system being that after complete installation that results in about two inches of space for the operator in a microscopic seat in the back and removing the passenger seat for the teletype machine so for now will just settle for voice opps from the mutt.  Still have all the components for the VSC-2 and maybe that can be set up in the building?
I know we can set up camping next to the building but what are the restrictions about other locations? There is the large camping section just next to the bathrooms and also noticed several places where others had apparently set up in out of the way locations like where I was storing the car trailer last year. Also thinking about maybe a cook out one night if there is any interest? Perhaps we can have an MRCA encampment area?
Any other thoughts? Five weeks is not that far off.
