[MRCA] inverter whine from prc10 and bc611 battery adaptersand prc10 150 hz tone mod

Usually you an add a PL board without any major modifications.
The usual complaint is that the board you added has a PL tone of 151.4
and that is 1.4 cycles off of 150. But for close range work it usually
works OK.
There were plenty of PL boards manufactured that has a tun-able PL and
it was adjustable by a internal 10 turn pot.
Anyway take a look at my link below. BTW Jeff that FSE38 that I gave
you had PL installed. :-)
