[MRCA] Batteries; (Was On Patrol Cuttyhunk Island)

Hey Peter,

I'd like to hear more about your batteries.

  * Are you using holders or welded straps?
  * Are they "protected cells"?
  * How do you control charge and prevent over discharge?


Inquiring mind want to know.
