[MRCA] PRC-77 Mobile Mount

thats the ky38 mount  . developed in the 60s for use with 77. the 25 did not have crypto interface.  the 38 was part ofa family ky8 for vehicle use and ky28 for airborne. eventually the ky8 was replacedby the 38. jeff
