[MRCA] PRC-77 Mobile Mount

Probably a KY-65 mount, which was a Parkhill crypto device used with HF radios and used in larger system configurations like the GRC-206 too. 

I've seen two versions of this: the one you have, and another where the rear frame is kind of bolt-together, allowing it to be used with the KY-65 in Low configuration, and the taller KY-38 in High configuration.
