[MRCA] Aberdeen MV Show

Don't know if we can do it as a MRCA event or not but an event taking place at the annual Aberdeen Military Vehicle show would be a good way to kick off the season and give us southerners something to do at that time of the year. This year I dragged the Mutt out to the show and had a lot of fun driving around and operating the M&S net from that location on Saturday. Mr. Smith and several others from the surrounding community always show up for this show and it's easily accessed by anyone in the DC/Baltimore vicinity. The show is sponsored by the Blue & Gray Military Vehicle Trust and although I have only had limited dealings with them in the past would assume they may be open to the proposal of setting aside a section for the MRCA although they do not have any building or anything like the excellent facilities located up in Gilbert. Maybe we can get four or so spaces between the vehicle show and the sale section or if nothing else we can just buy three or four spaces that are all located together? All of this would have to be determined but looking at their attendance and amount of open spaces this last year can only imagine that anything to increases attendance would be considered.
I will be willing to put time into this project and contact the people over at B&G MVT and see if they are receptive to a proposal for allowing the MRCA to set up and display at their show if there is any additional interest on part of any of the other members. But regardless of what the group says know that as long as they are not scheduled on the same day as Dayton I will plan on being at the show this upcoming year.
Some pictures of this year's event can be seen at:

Depending on my work schedule, I'd be glad to present at Aberdeen my PPT deck on squad radios (similar to what Roger offers below) that I've done twice at Gilbert, twice at my local club and at a couple of neighboring radio clubs in the DC area.
