[MRCA] WTS/Trade ART-13

Hello everyone,
I have an ART-13 that I know I will never get on the air. I don't 
believe it's been used since it was removed from service.  Looks 
complete and un-hammified and has the connecter plugs.
I don't want to ship but will deliver to Nearfest.
Offers?  May trade.  Got a PP-327 or 317?
