I believe it is FS-24087, which is a semi-gloss. Same paint color and matte used on my M38A1.
Any good paint store should be able to mix the federal standard colors. (they may have to consult their paint supplier for the formulae)

Subject: [MRCA] O.D. Paint query
I have an R-392 that looks like it was re-painted with a broom. I've normally simply taken whatever I have to the local automotive paint dealer and had them color and texture match. That said, they say they can batch paint to the Fed Spec/Fed Strip number. Does anyone have the spec for the typical semi-gloss OD green used on 50's and 60's Signal Corps equipment, such as the GRC-19 and such? Thanks.
