If you're thinking of OMRN/CW on 3570 kc 9 p.m. EST,yes.  NCS W3PWW, 
average speed is 13-15 wpm to accomodate all.
You will hear the letter "V" used instead of "DE" when identifying - 
in deference to WW2 procedure.
