[MRCA] BB-2590's and airlines

It's weird, I work at a computer business and noticed that the laptops
have a warning label on them about the LiIon battery. If the battery is
installed in the equipment it is ok to ship on passenger aircraft. If it
is not we have to put a label on them that says they can only be shipped
on air freight flights.
