Couple pictures of today's operations. No issues running the AN/GRC-106 in the M151A1. I did reduce the drive and increase the bias to reduce total power down from the 400 watts peak.  Next will be trying the seventeen foot whip and seeing if that works. Also after the first go around shut off the engine and ran if the battery only with no ill effects and did not have to push start the jeep. I noticed that if you put your hand by the amplifier exhaust it cuts down the fan motor wine, wonder if the duct from the shelter version of the radio may help?
