[MRCA] Proposed Mini-Meet 23 July

Looking forward to the meet. Look for the " phantom of Smyrna Delaware " 
W3OWE, and " Oldbuzzardrich W2OBR  out of Beachwood, NJ to be there with 
a smile on our faces. The oldbuzzard is Up and flying again! See ya all
