[MRCA] Proposed Mini-Meet 23 July

The OL at Camp Evans is a great site for a Mini-Meet, just looking
around the buildings is a treat for me and the museums are top notch.
Ive attended two successful gatherings and I've posted a few notes and
photos from those events. Radioing, friends, steaks,museums, swap meet
. . . it don't get any better than that. But it can be hard to sleep
with the whine of dynamotors in the back ground.
