[MRCA] Navy RAX Receiver

Folks,

I mentioned on the Moose & Squirrel Net last week that I was working on 
an RAX. (Had to resort to phoenics so people knew it wasn't an RAS.) Any 
way, I wanted to use it at the Museum as part of the new Edwin Armstrong 
display. We currently have an "analog" of Armstrong's original receiver 
making the original discovery of regeneration set up for visitors to 
experience. However the next step requires a radio that doesn't require 
extensive coaching (and three hands) to operate.
