[MRCA] ART-13/ATC CFI unit upgrade

Thanks to a very generous member of the group, I was able to find the 
later version of the ART-13 CFI unit, the 8Q-2. Recall that the -2 
provides finer crystal checkpoints.  Removing and replacing, I found 
out, is not difficult but does require a step or two,  The 8Q-2 CFI is a 
bit longer than the -1.  The hold-down screw pattern is, however, the 
same.  The chassis-level wire bundle going to/from the CFI unit on the 
-1 unit enters from the rear-side of the CFI.  The longer -2 wiring 
enter from the front.  Hence. the cable bundle clamp underneath the CFI 
must be removed and the wire bundle formed such that it can bend and 
enter from the front.  The old grommet can be relocated.  My new CFI 
unit works fine.  I did, however, introduce a problem manifested by no 
grid drive.  After a short period of consternation, I discovered quite 
by accident that one of the driver tubes was apparently not in the 
locked down position and when removing the module, etc. the tube was 
pulled up a mm or so.  Re-seating and locking the tube cleared the 
problem.  Just saying....
